1. Visit hrex.gov.in and create an account.
2. Submit physical copies of documents to your district employment office.
3. Receive an Employment Identity Card after verification.

Step 2: Enroll in the Saksham YUVA Scheme

1. Head to hreyahs.gov.in/preregistration.
2. Log in using your Family ID and ensure your profile lists “Unemployed” as your occupation.
3. Fill the form, verify via OTP, and submit.

• Double-check your Family ID details (name, DOB, qualifications) – mismatches lead to rejection!
• Students currently enrolled in colleges/universities cannot apply.
• Update your Family ID occupation to “Unemployed” beforehand.
