HKRN Selection Process 2025: Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam (HKRN) has been formed with the aim of providing new employment opportunities in Haryana. Under this, the youth of the state are given appointment on contract basis in various departments, boards, and corporations. Currently, about 1 lakh employees are working under this corporation.
The old way of hiring temporary employees through agencies is banned. Now, only the Haryana Skill Employment Corporation will select outsourcing employees. For this, the state government has prepared the ‘Deployment Policy of Contract Persons 2022’. These appointments will not be considered outsourcing but deployment on contract.
Income-Based Marks
Selection of candidates in Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam will be done based on 80 marks. Out of these, 40 marks will be for income. The marks distribution according to income will be as follows:

Kaushal Qualification 5 Marks
5 marks will be given for skill qualification. Candidates holding SCVT/NCVT/NSQF/SVSU University or any skill qualification degree/diploma will be awarded 5 marks. If the candidate has a higher educational qualification than the post, he/she will get an additional 5 marks. Common Eligibility Test (CET) is mandatory for Group C and D government recruitments, and clearing it will fetch 10 marks in HKRN recruitment.
Age Limit
- The age limit for the post is 18-42 years.
- Age relaxation will be given as per the rules.
Age according to marks
The marks distribution according to age will be as follows:

10 marks will also be given for home district job preference. No marks will be given for a job in any district other than the home district.
